Stylishly renovated rustic house with a dependence in Diano San Pietro (Colla) with its own garden and beautiful views of the sea and the hilly landscape, 5 km from the sea in the midst of olive groves. The complex is located in a small Ligurian village, consisting of old and beautifully renovated houses, which are almost equally inhabited by foreigners and Italians. The village part of Colla was built on the ridge of a small hill. There are two slopes, divided by two alleys. This house is located on the sunny side with a south-west orientation. On clear days, you can see the mountain range of Corsica.
A detached house with a guest house and a laundry room in a plot enclosed on all sides. Access is through a large wooden door and is not visible from the outside. The main house has two entrances, the main entrance on the ground floor and the secondary entrance on the first floor from the terrace. From the terrace, you enter the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, and the bathroom. Via a staircase, you reach the lower floor, where there is a small room, the main entrance area, and the large bedroom. In the entrance area, a hydro-pellet stove was recently installed, which also distributes its heat through radiators throughout the house. The garden is very beautiful, with many typical plants such as citrus fruits, daisies, strawberry or medlar trees.
The outbuilding is completely separate from the main house and consists of a living/sleeping room with a beautiful balcony and a bathroom on the ground floor. The outbuilding is ideal for accommodating guests.
The parking space is only a few meters away from the house and can be used for 2-3 cars.

The house was built in 1841 and is in excellent condition. The view of the sea and the hilly landscape, the old village, and the large olive groves are really a true piece of Liguria! The area is quiet and safe and can be left unoccupied for longer periods without any problems. The house is ideal for a part-time residence, has a beautiful garden with something always in bloom. Wonderful MTB and hiking trails start right outside the door, the beach is reachable in 10-15 minutes. The train station of Diano is within a 10-15 minute walking distance and is ideal for excursions in the region as well as for connections to the airport in Nice or the train hub in Milan. The highway is reachable in 15-20 minutes. With the central heating and the fireplace, the cooler weather periods from December to February can be comfortably bridged. Access to the internet or mobile phone is guaranteed and also allows longer work (home office). The house is habitable all year round.
