Leccio is a farmhouse immersed in the countryside near the Rocca di Sillano, also reachable on foot. At the entrance, the old wood oven still exists.
The house develops on two floors: a large, period kitchen with a fireplace is located on the raised ground floor.
From the kitchen, you can access the corridor on which two bathrooms with shower and four double bedrooms open;
a fifth bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen. The large living room, with a characteristic brick arch, opens onto the garden. There are two places to stay outdoors: the first is located just outside the entrance of the house and allows you to enjoy the view of the Rocca di Sillano, the other is located on the other side and allows you to see the valley in front.
The garden, completely fenced, extends for about 900 sqm, is equipped with a swimming pool and 3 parking spaces. Characteristic is the large holm oak near the entrance of the house that gave it its name.
Additionally, there are technical rooms for the swimming pool and rooms to be used as a warehouse.
