Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate is a construction project of 220 luxury villas that will be laid out over 150 hectares around an 18-hole golf course, in the Salines in Rivière Noire, on the west coast of the island of Mauritius, renowned for the beauty of its lush landscapes and the charm of its lagoon. The first phase of the project will start with the construction of 81 villas, three different types, designed according to their sun exposure. The villas N, facing north, have a net interior area of 169 m2 and a real built area of 401 m2 and offer superb views of the golf course and the mountain. The south-facing villas S offer a net interior area of 204 m2 and a real built area of 507 m2 and magnificent views of the sea, the famous Morne peninsula, as well as softer lighting. The villas W, facing west, have a net interior area of 177 m2 and a real built area of 430 m2. They allow you to enjoy magnificent sunsets. The villas consist of 3 en-suite bedrooms (with the possibility of optionally arranging a 4th bedroom) with a large living space combining an open kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, all oriented towards the outdoor spaces (terrace, kiosk, pool, patio).

The emphasis has been placed on bioclimatic architecture with large gardens for each property and sea or golf views for all villas. Aiming to have the lowest possible environmental impact, the villas are designed with sustainable and innovative architectural concepts, thoughtful orientation, and optimal integration into the environment. A sustainable and nature-oriented design is proposed for the interiors (stone, rattan, dried vacoas leaves ...) to enhance the beauty of the local resources of the island of Mauritius.
