It is a lively neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, entertainment, shopping, swimming at the Limmat, Josefwiese park,... There are large windows on the NE (street) and SW (courtyard) sides, providing natural light the entire day.

No smoking inside the apartment. 85 square meters. Facilities: View, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in basement. Option to keep housecleaner
