From January to October we will be on sabbatical and are sub-letting our fully furnished apartment. It is in Kreis 5 on the top floor of the Riff Raff Kino building, centrally located only 10 minutes walking to Zurich main train station, readily accessible by public transportation, and easy walking distance throughout Zurich. It is a lively neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, entertainment, shopping, swimming at the Limmat, Josefwiese park,... There are large windows on the NE (street) and SW (courtyard) sides, providing natural light the entire day.

No smoking inside the apartment. 85 square meters. Facilities: View, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in basement. Option to keep housecleaner
