The Stadelhofen is also within a 5-10 minute walking distance. The apartment has two large and bright rooms, as well as a large kitchen and a large balcony of about 8 m2. It is designed with many beautiful structures in the interior and has a large, beautiful chimney. The doors and built-in wardrobes in the bedroom are very beautiful woodwork, and the apartment also includes a large, bright bathroom. The apartment also includes a basement room of about 10 m2. The apartment can be rented immediately, but unfortunately, our community of heirs is currently experiencing a financial bottleneck, so we can only offer the necessary renovations if the new tenant pays us a rent in advance. The roller blind in the bedroom cannot be operated at the moment, although it is stuck at medium height, so some light enters the room during the day, but the room cannot be completely darkened at night.
