A budget for the payment of ancillary costs related to your construction is part of our offer. We have included the following items: connection fees, PC tax, investigation and architecture costs, surveyor, outdoor facilities, and interim interest. Notary fees are to be expected in addition. They vary depending on individual circumstances, and we are at your disposal to estimate them together and include them in your project.
