The bijou is accessible by car all year round and delights with the typical charm of a chalet and a particularly cozy atmosphere. Via a stone staircase, you reach the covered entrance area, which welcomes you warmly.

The ground floor includes a small kitchen with a bench and a wood stove, a cozy bedroom, and an openly designed living and dining area with a Swedish stove. Currently, the chalet is not connected to the power grid, although an existing line runs up to the house and allows for a later connection. Cooking is done with a mobile gas stove or the wood stove, which gives the chalet its special character and brings back holiday feelings like in the old days - authentic, decelerated, and close to nature.

From the living room, you have access to the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and absolute privacy. On this floor, there is also a toilet. On the west side, another small seating area invites you to relax and watch the sunset.
In the lower floor, there is a large, currently undeveloped room with a sink and shower. The boiler is currently defective, but a fully functional bathroom can be realized with little effort. The remaining area still offers sufficient storage space, including for garden furniture, grill, or skis.
A covered storage space under the property is also available.
