The Super G chalet is located on the Tracouet piste, in the "Les 4 vallées" ski area, one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with 410 km of pistes, in the municipality of Nendaz. This chalet is situated in a residential area and is preserved, in a quiet environment, on the pistes, with a fantastic view of the Bernese Alps. With a living area of 215 m², this chalet will surprise you with its volumes and brightness. The chalet was designed with the aim of creating welcoming and bright rooms with the best materials, in an architectural style that combines modernity with the spirit of the mountains.

This 6.5-room chalet will take you to the center of the station in just a few slaloms or by road. It offers you comfort and a warm atmosphere in a unique setting. All the shops in the station are accessible on foot or by ski, thanks to the funicular or in less than 5 minutes by car.

The chalet was built on an 850 m² plot of land, using old wood and natural stones, and offers a mountain and well-being atmosphere. The five bedrooms are spacious and bright and have four bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room, which is shared by a fireplace and access to the balcony. The chalet has a ski room with a separate entrance.

You can choose the interior fittings of the chalet yourself. The exterior of the chalet is almost identical to the photo above.

Construction can start immediately after the sale. It will be completed by the end of the year, depending on the choices made by the buyer and the progress of the work, as well as the quick decision to purchase.

The selling price of the chalet can still vary depending on the finishes chosen.

You will have a parking space and two parking spaces, which are located a little higher and shared with two other chalets. There is also the possibility of obtaining a parking space in the "Les Terrasses" building on the ski slope.

This chalet is only available as a main residence, with the papers filed in Nendaz.
