Il rustico, di circa 65 mq, sorge su una terreno di 1488 mq. Raggiunto l'edificio, si viene accolti dai muri esterni in sasso, dalla pavimentazione in granito e da un caratteristico angolo con tavolo e panca, anch'essi in granito.

Al piano terra si trovano il soggiorno e la cucina, dalla cui finestra si può ammirare il mutare delle sfumature del granito Gneiss tipico della zona mentre si. Una scala interna in legno conduce alla camera da letto e al sottotetto. Il giardino terrazzato offre diversi angoli relax e culmina con una splendida piscina naturale.

All'esterno è stata mantenuta la ruota originale del mulino, perfettamente conservata e tuttora funzionante.

Im Außenbereich ist das ursprüngliche Mühlrad perfekt erhalten geblieben und funktioniert noch heute.
