L'appartamento ha una vista meravigliosa sul parco urbano di Artergut e sulla Merkurplatz e lo Zürichberg. Si trova quasi direttamente al Kreuzplatz, che può essere raggiunto direttamente via Artergut. Lo Stadelhofen è anche a una distanza di cammino di 5-10 minuti. L'appartamento ha due grandi e luminose stanze, nonché una grande cucina e un grande balcone di circa 8 m2. È progettato con belle strutture all'interno e dispone di una grande e bella camino. Le porte e gli armadi a muro nella camera da letto sono molto belli in legno, e l'appartamento comprende anche un grande e luminoso bagno. L'appartamento comprende anche una stanza in cantina di circa 10 m2. L'appartamento può essere affittato immediatamente, ma purtroppo la nostra comunità di eredi sta attualmente vivendo un problema finanziario, quindi possiamo offrire le necessarie ristrutturazioni solo se il nuovo inquilino ci paga un affitto in anticipo. Una volta completate le ristrutturazioni, l'appartamento costerà di nuovo CHF 2'800.- al mese (esclusi costi accessori). Elenco dei difetti attuali che purtroppo non possono essere risolti prima dell'ingresso: Pittura dell'appartamento Sostituzione della cucina difettosa Sostituzione del lavastoviglie difettoso Sostituzione dell'aspiratore difettoso. Nuovo soffitto in tela nel corridoio, nella camera da letto e nel soggiorno. Riparazione della maniglia della tenda difettosa nella camera da letto. Riparazione del piccolo danno al parquet alla porta d'ingresso e della discolorazione del parquet in cucina. Valvole di riscaldamento bloccate sui termosifoni, quindi la temperatura non può essere regolata al momento. Mancanza di connessione telefonica (le vecchie linee in rame devono ancora essere sostituite con cavi in fibra ottica, sebbene la connessione sia già disponibile nella casa). L'appartamento può quindi essere utilizzato con una piastra di cottura mobile e lavando i piatti a mano per un po' di tempo. Consigliamo di utilizzare un telefono cellulare fino all'installazione della linea fissa. Una lavatrice è disponibile nella lavanderia pubblica per il lavaggio.
