Altbau, charmant und eine renovierte Küche sowie Bad. Es verfügt über 2 weitere Verstauräume, ein im Keller und ein im Dachgeschoss. Dazu gibt es eine Waschküche im Keller mit Trockner und Waschmaschine und Aufhängstation.Die Lage ist top! Man ist keine 5 Minuten Fussweg vom Zürichsee entfernt und es hat einen Migros am Bahnhof welcher jeden Tag geöffnet ist.Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Florence und ihrem Freund Armando in dieser Wohnung leben (Sie teilen sich ihr Zimmer).Beide sind mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen und zeichnen sich durch positive, aktive, hilfsbereite und lustige Charaktereigenschaften aus. Beide sind sehr hygienisch, lieben es zu kochen und vor allem nicht laut.Da wir die Möbel zusammen eingekauft haben, wäre eine Erstattung diesen Betrages ebenfalls fällig, sowie eine Kaution von 4.875 CHF.Hast du Fragen? ENGLISH ?Hello everyone.It is with a heavy heart that I have to leave my shared room on General-Wille-Strasse.The apartment is approx. 80m2 in size and has two long balconies. Old building, charming and a renovated kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 additional storage spaces, one in the basement and one in the attic. There is also a laundry room in the basement with a dryer and washing machine and hanging station.The location is great! It's less than a 5-minute walk from Lake Zurich and there is a Migros at the train station which is open every day.You will live in this apartment with my roommate Florence and her boyfriend Armando (they share their room).Both have grown very close to my heart and are characterized by positive, active, helpful and funny character traits. Both are very hygienic, love to cook and, above all, not loud.Since we bought the furniture together, a refund of this amount would also be due, aswell a deposit of 4.875 CHF.Do you have any questions?
