Repairing the small parquet damage at the entrance door and the parquet discoloration in the kitchen. Heating valves stuck on the heaters, so the temperature cannot be regulated at the moment. Lack of telephone connection (the old copper lines still need to be replaced with fiber optic cables, although the connection is already available in the house). The apartment can therefore be used with a mobile cooking plate and by washing dishes by hand for a while. The roller blind in the bedroom cannot be operated at the moment, although it is stuck at medium height, so some light enters the room during the day, but the room cannot be completely darkened at night.
