Ben studiato, per l'appunto! La cucina, parzialmente delimitata dal soggiorno da un armadio a muro, è ben studiata ed accogliente. Le ampie vetrate scorrevoli consentono di accedere al balcone sia dalla cucina sia dalla zona pranzo. Il pavimento in laminato chiaro presente nella zona giorno e pranzo crea un contrasto armonico con il soffitto in legno scuro.Sullo stesso piano si trova anche la stanza da bagno con doccia e due finestre.
