It has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and also has a private washing machine and dryer.The net rent for the studio apartment is CHF 700 per month, plus CHF 250 in ancillary costs. This includes CHF 150 in lump-sum ancillary costs and CHF 100 for the underground parking space. The monthly gross rent is therefore CHF 950. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for an additional CHF 40 per month.All apartments can also be used as commercial spaces if needed.
