Furnished room for rent in the city center
Room (bedroom) for rent in Mendrisio (city center) for students or workers: already furnished room with 1 double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and TV, including WiFi and small sink. All utility costs are included (electricity, heating, hot and cold water). We have 4 independent rooms (usually 4 students in total) and two bathrooms. A common space with a small, equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and WiFi is available.The room is available for a minimum of six months.The rental deposit amounts to 3 monthly rents for annual contracts, for shorter contracts, to be agreed upon.Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
