The apartment is located on the top floor and offers a cozy living atmosphere for you and your family. The entrance area opens up to the two rooms, the living room, and the kitchen.There is a bathroom (shower with washing machine connection) and a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a cellar. The balcony is located on the sunny south side of the apartment.The foundation of the building has settled on one side, causing the rooms and walls to be no longer level.
