You have the option to cancel your free trial subscription during the 7-day trial period. After the trial period, you can deactivate the automatic renewal, allowing the subscription to expire at the end of the selected term. To cancel the subscription, go to "My Account" > "My TenantPlus". We have also created a step-by-step guide.
The TenantPlus subscription has a minimum term of 2, 3, or 6 months, depending on the chosen package. By signing up, you agree to use the service for this term and commit to making the corresponding payment.
The TenantPlus subscription is available starting at CHF 29.95 per month. During the initial months, different rates apply depending on the selected term: CHF 54.95 per month for 2 months, CHF 39.95 per month for 3 months, and just CHF 29.95 per month for 6 months. After the selected term ends, the subscription automatically renews monthly at the rate of the most recently chosen term, unless deactivated beforehand.
No refunds are issued due to the failure to find a property. The TenantPlus subscription provides exclusive benefits, but property availability is not guaranteed.
TenantPlus listings come from private individuals, i.e., not from agencies. This allows you to have a more personal contact. All listings can be viewed by everybody but only TenantPlus members can contact the advertiser in the first 7 days after publication.
As exclusive listings come from private individuals, they are not charged for the listing.
While TenantPlus and similar services may not directly increase the number of available housing units, we believe in leveraging personal connections to amplify housing opportunities. Exclusive listings, sourced directly from private individuals like yourself, prioritize personal exchanges over public viewings.
The advantage of TenantPlus is that you can contact exclusive listings before non-members. Everybody can view them, but contacting the advertiser is only available to subscribers during the exclusivity period that extends up to 7 days.
