On Signalstrasse 49, four to eight attractive workspaces in an urban environment will be created by June 2027. The spaces are ideal as offices, studios, or for services in the fields of consulting, IT, training, and similar areas.

The workspaces are located on the 1st to 4th floors of a new wooden residential building in the northeastern part of the Erlenmatt Ost area. On each floor, there is a large room with 75 m2, which can be divided into two smaller independent rooms with 31 m² and 44 m2.

Erlenmatt Ost is located in the Rosental quarter and is well connected to public transport (bus lines 30 and 46). The highway and the Badische Bahnhof are in the immediate vicinity.

A sufficient number of covered bicycle parking spaces are available throughout the area. Car parking spaces can be rented in the Erlenmatt Ost parking garage via the Parcandi app (if available).
