A family originally from Jorat-Menthue, 2 adults, 2 children (17 and 13 years old) is looking in the Bercher plateau du Jorat region (see list of villages below) for an apartment, house, villa, renovated farm, etc.

We have been renting since 2013 a renovated farm with two apartments, we take care of the interior maintenance (concierge) and exterior maintenance (lawn mowing, pruning, etc.) to discuss for our future accommodation.

The owners want to recover our accommodation, we have a lease for a long time, but by mutual agreement, we can move, provided we have a period of 30 days.

So that our child who is still in school can continue their school career in Bercher, we are looking for a new accommodation that meets at least the criteria mentioned above.

List of villages:

Montanaire: Chanéaz, Chapelle, Correvon, Denezy, Martherenges, Neyruz, Peyres-Possens, St-Cierges, Thierrens.

Jorat-Menthue: Peney-le-Jorat, Sottens, Villars-Mendraz.

Other municipalities: Bercher, Bioley-Magnoux, Boulens, Donneloye, Fey, Ogens, Oppens, Orzens, Pailly, Rueyres
