Rent: CHF 1,190/month (utilities included) + CHF 50/month electricity
Available: immediately until 31 March 2027
Flatshare: 3 flatmates
Requirements:
Student or young professional, aged 18-35
Debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug), not older than 3 months
Non-Swiss applicants: at least a B permit
No smoking in the apartment
