Wir suchen einen temporären Mitbewohner oder eine temporäre Mitbewohnerin für unsere wunderschöne Zweier-WG direkt am Limmatquai ab dem 1. November für 4 Monate, also bis Ende Februar.

Der Hauptteil der Wohnung besteht aus einem riesigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Zudem gibt es einen Eingangsbereich, ein kleines WC und ein grösseres Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Deine zwei privaten Zimmer befinden sich im Attic-Bereich, ein Stockwerk oberhalb der Hauptwohnung.

Ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist uns sehr wichtig; wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir hatten zwar beide unsere eigenen Rhythmen, häufig kam es aber dazu, dass wir abends zusammen kochten. Tino ist einer der besten Köche, die ich kenne. Frag ihn mal nach seinem Gourmet-Schäumer.

Wir sind keine Party-WG, eher eine Einladung-auf-ein-Festmahl-mit-Freunden-WG. Die Lage ist aber ein Nonplusultra für Partys, genauso wie das Setup mit der riesigen Dachterrasse, Attic und Wohnung, sodass wir doch 23 Mal im Jahr (Neujahr, Street Parade und sonst was) eine Party schmeissen. Häufig tun wir uns da mit der anderen WG im Haus zusammen. Die Nachbarn waren dabei nie ein Problem.

Wir sind eine ordentliche WG, aber nicht pingelig. Die Aufteilung der Aufgaben lief meist ganz natürlich ab, sodass beide den gleichen Aufwand im gemeinsamen Haushalt betrieben.

We're looking for a temporary flatmate for our beautiful two-person shared flat right on the Limmatquai, starting 1 November for 4 months, so until end of February.

The main part of the flat consists of a huge living room with an open kitchen. There's also an entrance area, a small separate toilet, and a larger bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Your two private rooms are in the attic area, one floor above the main flat.

Living together harmoniously is really important to us; this isn't just a practical arrangement. We each had our own rhythms, but we often ended up cooking together in the evenings. Tino is one of the best cooks I know. Ask him about his gourmet foamer.

We're not a party flat, more of an invite-your-friends-to-a-feast kind of flat. The location, though, is perfect for parties, as is the setup with the huge roof top terrace, the attic and the flat, so we do throw one 23 times a year (New Year's, Street Parade and whatever else comes up). We often team up with the other flatshare in the building, and the neighbours have never been a problem.

We're a tidy flat, but not fussy. Dividing up chores usually happened naturally, so we both put the same effort into the shared household.
