I am looking for someone to subrent the apartment for at least 1 year with possibility to extend or could be that taking over the lease would be possible too. (This isn’t sure yet)

the apartment is located right at the train station in Küsnacht. (3 min walk) Few steps away from lake, with nice restaurants and paths to walk. 10 min to forest.

it is dog friendly. Parking might be available (need to ask agency). There is also room for bike and basement.

the wardrobe and the bed should be taken over (1500 CHF for the wardrobe IKEA PAX, 6 months old, original price 1900 CHF) and bed for 400 CHF. The desk could be used during the rental time or I would take it with me.

I could also leave some small things like cutlery, glasses etc if needed for the rental time.

the apartment is available ASAP.
