Die 120 m² grosse Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock eines gepflegten Altbaus mit Lift und verbindet viel Platz, schöne Aussenflächen und eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein grosses Schlafzimmer, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer mit Cheminée, zwei Büros, zwei Balkone und eine Dachterrasse zur privaten Benutzung. Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit Geschirrspüler, Steamer, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt ein en-suite Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC sowie ein separates WC. Smarte Beleuchtung, Google-Home-Lautsprecher, grosser TV und Xbox Series X gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Waschmaschine und Tumbler stehen zur Mitbenützung zur Verfügung.

Winkelriedstrasse ist in rund fünf Gehminuten erreichbar; zum Zürich HB sind es mit dem ÖV etwa acht Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ETH/Universität und die Erholung am Zürichberg liegen in der Nähe.

We are subletting our bright, fully furnished 4.5-room apartment in Zürichs Kreis 6 / Oberstrass from 1 October to 31 December 2026. The 120 m² apartment is on the fifth floor of a well-kept older building with a lift, combining generous space, excellent outdoor areas and easy access to the city.

It has a large bedroom, a huge living room dining room with fireplace, two offices, two balconies and a private rooftop terrace. The open kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, steamer, microwave and coffee machine. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, and a separate WC. Smart lighting, Google Home speakers, a large TV and an Xbox Series X are included. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

Winkelriedstrasse public transport is about a five-minute walk away, and Zürich HB is roughly eight minutes away by public transport. Shops, restaurants, ETH/University and the Zürichberg recreation area are all nearby.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of three people ideal for a couple, a small family or professionals temporarily relocating to Zürich. Pets are not permitted under the landlords rules, and smoking indoors is not permitted. There are no animals to look after; we only ask the tenants to water the indoor plants regularly.

Rent: CHF 3,000 per month, all-inclusive
