Searching for new Tenant
Ab 01.01.2027 wird meine Wohnung frei. Ich suche eine neue nach Mieter/Mieterin. Umzugtermin kann auch früher nach Vereinbarung.
Die Wohnung liegt im Matthaüs Quartier im 3. Stock und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich; sie liegt im Innenhof, abseits der lauten Straße. Alle Zimmer sind durch Türen voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung hat einen Herd , einen Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.
Supermärkte wie Denner und Migros sind nur einen Häuserblock entfernt. Zudem ist das Krankenhaus nur vier Stationen entfernt, und sowohl der SBB-Bahnhof als auch der Badische Bahnhof sind mit einer einzigen Busfahrt erreichbar.
My apartment will become available starting January 1, 2027. I am looking for a new tenant. An earlier move-in date is possible by arrangement.
The Apartment is small but very cozy , it's it the courtyard , away from the noisy street. All rooms are separated with doors. The apartment has already a refrigerator with freezer, Stove with oven and a washing machine. Unfortunately no Elevator.
1 block away from grocery shopping store like Denner and Migros. Also just 4 station from the hospital and 1 bus ride both sbb station and Basel bad Station.
No Caution needed.

We will only accept a replacement tenant if they meet the following requirements:
Minimum income: CHF 2,790
No debt enforcement proceedings or certificates of loss
No social welfare recipients
