In unserer 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Telli-Quartier in Aarau wird ein möbliertes Zimmer (3.5 x 5.5 m) frei.

Das Zimmer kann wie folgt gemietet werden:
1. Von Montag bis Freitag (ohne Wochenenden) für CHF 650./ Monat, inklusive WLAN, Nebenkosten, Möbel sowie Mitbenutzung der Küche und Haushaltsgeräte.
2. Von Montag bis Sonntag (mit Wochenenden) für CHF 750./ Monat, inklusive WLAN, Nebenkosten, Möbel sowie Mitbenutzung der Küche und Haushaltsgeräte.

Helles, möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kühlschrank gemütlich und funktional. Es liegt leicht abgetrennt von den anderen Zimmern, was für zusätzliche Privatsphäre sorgt.

Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung ist gross und verfügt über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit grossem Esstisch sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer: eines mit Badewanne, Lavabo und WC, das andere mit Lavabo und WC. In der Wohnung stehen Waschmaschine und Tumbler zur Verfügung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe.

Wir sind eine kleine, herzliche Familie eine Mutter, die Vollzeit arbeitet, und zwei Söhne im Alter von 11 und 13 Jahren. Wir sind respektvoll, ruhig, freundlich und freuen uns auf eine sympathische Person, die gut zu uns passt.
Wichtig sind uns Zuverlässigkeit, Rücksichtnahme und ein respektvoller Umgang. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich.
Wir sind Nichtraucher/in und führen ein in jeder Hinsicht sauberes und gesundes Leben.
Wir suchen:
Gesucht wird eine Einzelperson, die vollzeit berufstätig ist oder studiert und einen ähnlichen Lebensstil pflegt. ( Nichtraucher/in und mit einem in jeder Hinsicht sauberen Lebensstil)
Sozialhilfeempfänger können für dieses Zimmer leider nicht berücksichtigt werden. Der Einzugstermin ist ab sofort möglich. Bei Interesse freuen wir uns, vorab eine kurze Vorstellung von dir zu erhalten. Ein Foto wäre ebenfalls hilfreich, da wir aus zeitlichen Gründen leider nicht alle Interessierten persönlich treffen können und daher eine Vorauswahl treffen müssen.

In our spacious 4.5-room apartment in the beautiful Telli neighbourhood of Aarau, a furnished room (3.5 x 5.5 m) is available.
The room can be rented as follows:

Monday to Friday (weekends excluded): CHF 650 per month, including Wi-Fi, utilities, furniture, and shared use of the kitchen and household appliances.

Monday to Sunday (including weekends): CHF 750 per month, including Wi-Fi, utilities, furniture, and shared use of the kitchen and household appliances.

The room is bright and furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and fridge cosy yet functional. It is slightly separated from the other bedrooms, providing additional privacy.
The location is quiet and offers a lovely view of the surrounding greenery.
The apartment is spacious and has a shared living room with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and the other with a sink and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment. Public transport connections are excellent, and shops and other amenities are within easy reach.
We are a small, warm-hearted family consisting of a mother who works full-time and two sons, aged 11 and 13. We are respectful, quiet, friendly, and look forward to welcoming a friendly person who is a good fit for our family.
What is important to us: reliability, consideration for others, and respectful behaviour. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
We are non-smokers and maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle in every respect.
We are looking for:
A single person who works full-time or is studying and has a similar lifestyle (non-smoker and with a clean and healthy lifestyle).
