Da ich im Oktober im Ausland bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung für den ganzen Monat. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Maisonette Wohnung mit Schlafraum im Obergeschoss und der offenen Wohnküche mit Eingangsbereich und Bad unten. Der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf den Uetliberg ist von der Straße weg nach hinten ausgerichtet. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man der Tram-/ oder Bushaltestelle, diversen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof Seebach ist in 5-10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.

Since I'll be abroad in October, I'm renting out my apartment for the entire month. It's a small maisonette apartment with a bedroom upstairs and an open-plan living room and kitchen, entrance area, and bathroom downstairs. The small balcony faces away from the street and offers a view of the Uetliberg. All costs are included in the rent.
The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. The tram and bus stops, as well as various shops and supermarkets, are just a few minutes away. Seebach train station is also within a 510 minute walking distance.
