Ich suche ab 1. Dezember 2026 (nach Absprache auch etwas früher) eine liebe, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Luegislandstrasse in 8051 Zürich, Kreis 12.
Da mein Bruder Douglas auszieht, wird bei mir ein Zimmer frei. Es handelt sich ausdrücklich um eine Frauen-WG.
Die Wohnung

• 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. Stock
• schöne, freie Sicht ins Grüne
• Wohnzimmer mit Balkon
• kleiner Balkon auf der Küchenseite mit Grill
• viel Sonne von morgens bis abends
• Keller zur Mitbenutzung
• ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss zur Tramhaltestelle
• Coop, Migros und Denner in unmittelbarer Nähe
• gute Verbindung zum Schwamendingerplatz/ETH mit Tram 7/9 oder Busststation nach Oerlikon ca. 9 min

Das Zimmer
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Falls du etwas brauchst, können wir gerne nach Absprache schauen, ob sich etwas organisieren lässt.
Miete: CHF 1056. pro Monat
Inklusive TV, Internet, Radio-/Gebühren(Serafe), Netflix, Hausrat und Privathaftpflichtversicherung bei Baloise, Strom, sowie Nebenkosten.
Die Kosten für gemeinsam genutzte Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Toilettenpapier, Handseife, Küchen- und Putzmittel etc. werden separat verrechnet und jeweils zur Hälfte aufgeteilt

Die Mietdauer ist unbefristet.

Du bist zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst, unkompliziert und offen. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir respektvoll miteinander umgehen und uns beide in der Wohnung wohlfühlen. Ich freue mich über eine Mitbewohnerin, die gerne Gesellschaft hat, aber genauso versteht, wenn die andere Person nach einem langen Tag auch einmal ihre Ruhe möchte.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und arbeite als Praxisadministratorin in einer Zahnarztpraxis, wo ich täglich viel mit Menschen zu tun habe und Mitarbeitende koordiniere. Deshalb geniesse ich es zu Hause eher ruhig.
Am Wochenende bin ich häufig unterwegs nach DE oder mein Freund kommt mich besuchen, da er in Deutschland lebt. Ich bin kein Party-Mensch, habe aber gerne Gesellschaft und freue mich über ein angenehmes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben.
Mir ist ein faires und entspanntes Miteinander wichtig. Deshalb würde ich gerne gemeinsam einen kleinen Putzplan erstellen, damit die Aufgaben gerecht aufgeteilt sind und sich beide dafür verantwortlich fühlen.
Besichtigung
Eine Besichtigung ist gerne nach Vereinbarung möglich.
Für die Vermietung werden zwei Mietkautionsdepots sowie ein aktueller Betreibungsregisterauszug verlangt.

I am looking for a lovely, reliable female flatmate to join our 3-room apartment at Luegislandstrasse, 8051 Zurich, District 12, starting December 1st, 2026. An earlier move-in date may also be possible by arrangement.
My brother Douglas is moving out, so one room in the apartment will become available. This is a female-only shared apartment.
The Apartment

The Room
The room is rented unfurnished. If needed, we can discuss whether it would be possible to organise some furniture by arrangement.
Rent: CHF 1,056 per month
The rent includes TV, internet, radio/household broadcasting fees (Serafe), Netflix, household contents and personal liability insurance with Baloise, electricity and additional costs.
The costs for shared household supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen and cleaning products, etc., are charged separately and split equally between the two of us.
The rental agreement is unlimited/open-ended.
About You:
You are reliable, responsible, easy-going and open-minded. It is important to me that we treat each other with respect and that both of us feel comfortable at home.
I would love to have a flatmate who enjoys some company and conversations, but who also understands when the other person needs some peace and quiet after a long day.
A Little About Me:
I am 31 years old and work as a practice administrator in a dental practice, where I work with people every day and coordinate employees. Because of my job, I appreciate having a calm and relaxed atmosphere at home.
On weekends, I am often away in Germany, or my boyfriend comes to visit me, as he lives in Germany. I am not really a party person, but I do enjoy good company and a friendly, uncomplicated atmosphere at home.
A fair and relaxed way of living together is important to me. I would therefore like us to create a small cleaning schedule together, so that household tasks are shared fairly and both of us take responsibility for them.

Viewings are possible by appointment.
For the rental, two rental deposit accounts and a recent debt enforcement register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) are required.
