Calm, bright room in 140m² maisonette next to Letzipark
If you like coming home to a quiet place and spend time in your room, you will probably feel good here. Weekly commuter preferred.

1. The flat
Big 140m² maisonette on the top floors with parquet everywhere and lots of natural light. The view over Uetliberg and Höngg is honestly one of my favourite things about this place and still feels special. There is enough space so that everyone can have their corner without stepping on each other.

2. The room
The room comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers). It is bright, very quiet and on the upper floor, so you actually have privacy.
Shared areas: a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a big terrace, a balcony, fast WiFi and plenty of storage space.

3. Cleaning
We have a professional cleaner every two weeks, included in the rent. No stress about who cleaned what, no passive aggressive notes on the fridge.

4. Location
Right next to Letzipark (large shopping mall with Coop etc.) and Aldi. Tram and bus stop are in front of the house, the train station is about 10 minutes away. Easy to get anywhere, hard to blame the location if you are late.

5. Who we are
Two working professionals, early 30s and 50.
One is a consultant and is often away on weekends to visit family.
The other is a senior professional in AI.
At home it is calm, respectful and fairly structured. Sometimes we have a friend over or a dinner, but it is not a party flat and there is no constant flow of people.

6. Who we are looking for
Someone 25 plus who

Wenn du lieber in eine geordnete, entspannte Wohnung heimkommst als in ein Chaos, passt es wahrscheinlich gut.
Wochenaufenthalter bevorzugt.

1. Die Wohnung
Grosse 140m² Maisonette in den oberen Stockwerken, überall Parkett und viel Tageslicht. Der Blick über Üetliberg und Höngg ist einer meiner Lieblingspunkte an der Wohnung und macht auch nach langer Zeit noch Freude. Es gibt genug Platz, sodass jeder seinen Bereich haben kann, ohne sich im Weg zu stehen.

2. Das Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode), hell und sehr ruhig. Es liegt im oberen Stock unserer Maisonette, du hast also wirklich deine Privatsphäre.
Zur Mitbenutzung: grosses Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer, grosse Terrasse, Balkon, schnelles WLAN und viel Stauraum.

3. Reinigung
Ein professioneller Putzservice kommt alle zwei Wochen, in der Miete inbegriffen. Kein Stress um Putzpläne, keine Zettel am Kühlschrank.

4. Lage
Direkt beim Letzipark (grosses Einkaufszentrum mit Coop usw.) und Aldi. Tram und Bus halten vor dem Haus, der Bahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einfach hinzukommen, schwierig, die Lage für Zuspätkommen verantwortlich zu machen.

5. Wir sind
Zwei berufstätige Mitbewohner, Anfang 30 und 50.
Einer ist Consultant und an vielen Wochenenden bei seiner Familie.
Der andere ist ein Senior Professional im Bereich KI.
Zuhause ist es ruhig, respektvoll und eher strukturiert. Ab und zu gibt es Besuch oder ein gemeinsames Essen, aber es ist keine Party-WG und es kommen nicht ständig Leute vorbei.

6. Wen wir suchen
Jemand ab 25 Jahren, der

• ruhig und respektvoll ist
• organisiert lebt
• finanziell zuverlässig ist
• gut Englisch spricht
• ein eher leises Zuhause schätzt
• Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.
