Meine Wohnung im Seefeld ist ab Oktober für circa drei Monate frei, weil ich in den Bergen sein werde. Für diese Zeit vermiete ich deshalb folgende Räumlichkeiten:

Das Zimmer ist circa 14m2 gross, dazu kannst du das Wohnzimmer mehrheitlich für dich nutzen. Auch der Rest der Wohnung (bis auf ein Zimmer) hast du mehrheitlich für dich. Teilzeit-Mitbewohner Luca (32) ist die Hälfte der Woche in Zürich, meistens Mo-Mi, er arbeitet hier als Lehrer. Den Rest der Woche verbringt Luca zu Hause auf der Lenzerheide.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Minuten von der Tramhaltestelle Höschgasse entfernt, Coop und Migros ebenfalls in dieser Gehdistanz. Der See sowie der Wald sind in etwa 5-10 Minuten Gehdistanz erreichbar. Weiter hat es Bars und Restaurants im Quartier. Es hat zwei Balkone, der grössere davon hat einen Zugang vom Zimmer aus.

Ich suche eine saubere, vertrauenswürdige und freundliche Person, die für drei Monate in der Wohnung leben möchte. Eine offene Kommunikation und eine gemütliche und ruhige Lebensweise, das passt gut in diese Wohnung.

Die Miete ist inkl. Nebenkosten, ausgenommen sind 50 CHF für das Internet.

My apartment in Seefeld will be available for around three months starting in October because I'll be staying in the mountains during that time. For this period, I'm renting out the following space:

The room is approximately 14 m2, and you can also use the living room most of the time. You'll also have most of the rest of the apartment to yourself (except for one room). Part-time roommate Luca (32) is in Zurich about half the week, usually Monday to Wednesday, where he works as a teacher. The rest of the week, Luca stays at his home in Lenzerheide.

The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Höschgasse tram stop, and Coop and Migros are also within the same walking distance. The lake and the forest can both be reached within about a 5-10 minute walk. There are also bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. There are two balconies, and the larger one is directly accessible from the room.

I'm looking for a clean, trustworthy, and friendly person who would like to live in the apartment for three months. Open communication and a cozy, quiet lifestyle would fit well in this apartment.

The rent includes utilities, except for an additional CHF 50 for internet.
