Beautiful Apartment very central in Zurich

I am looking for a serious tenant for 12 to 18 months for my apartment. Ideally the start date would be the the 1st of December, could also be possible on the 1st of November of 1st of January.

The apartment consists of 2 terraces, one at the front and one at the back. A living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Tram to the main station takes 7 minutes and leaves every 7-10 minutes from Wipkingerplatz station (1 minute walk). Main station by bike: 8 minutes. Hardbrücke: 4 minutes. Shopping Groceries: Coop 2 minutes walk - Lidl or Aldi - 8 minutes walk. Beautiful park to chill and walk to the river (Wipkingerwiese) 2 minutes walk.

There are also 2 high end computers with 4k and WQHD resolutions, another PC connected to the PS5, projector and cinema hi-fi surround system in the living room. There is also a Ibanez electroacoustic Guitar and a Kawai MP-10 Piano.

Meetings for up to 20 people can be held at home, no parties or crazy sounds after 10pm, according to Swiss law.

There is no basement or cellar, so no place to store things.

Schöne Wohnung sehr zentral in Zürich

Ich suche einen seriösen Mieter für 12 bis 18 Monate für meine Wohnung. Idealerweise wäre der Starttermin Ende Oktober oder am 1. December oder 1sten November/Januar. (+-1Monat)

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Terrassen, eine auf der Vorderseite und eine auf der Rückseite. Ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Die Straßenbahn zum Hauptbahnhof braucht 7 Minuten und fährt alle 7-10 Minuten von der Station Wipkingerplatz (1 Minute Fußweg). Hauptbahnhof mit dem Fahrrad: 8 Minuten. Hardbrücke: 4 Minuten. Einkaufen Lebensmittelläden: Coop 2 Minuten zu Fuss - Lidl oder Aldi - 8 Minuten zu Fuss. Schöner Park zum Chillen und Spaziergang zum Fluss (Wipkingerwiese) 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Es gibt auch 2 High-End-Computer mit 4k und WQHD-Auflösungen, ein weiterer PC an die PS5, Projektor und Kino-HiFi-Surround-System im Wohnzimmer verbunden. Es gibt auch eine Ibanez elektroakustische Gitarre und ein Kawai MP-10 Klavier.

Versammlungen für bis zu 20 Personen können im Haus abgehalten werden, keine Partys oder verrückte Geräusche nach 22 Uhr, gemäß Schweizer Gesetz.

Es gibt keinen Kellerplatz, also keinen Platz, um Dinge zu lagern.
