Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Haltestelle der Buslinie 32. 61 m², 2. OG. 2600 CHF Brutto.
Einige Möbel im Eingangsbereich, der Balkontisch sowie der Schrank im Bad können bei Interesse kostenlos übernommen werden. Zudem kann der Garagenplatz auch übernommen werden.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein ca. 10 m² grosses Kellerabteil mit eigener moderner Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Gebäude stehen zudem ein Trocknungsraum und ein Fahrradraum zur Verfügung.

We're looking for a successor tenant, starting September 16 for our bright and sunny 2.5-room apartment in Zurich Affoltern.
The apartment is conveniently located right at the bus stop for line 32. 61 m², 2nd floor. CHF 2,600 gross rent (all-inclusive).
Some furniture in the entryway, the balcony table as well as the cabinet in the bathroom can be taken over free of charge upon request. Additionally, a garage space can be rented as well.
There's also a roughly 10 m² cellar compartment with its own modern washing machine and dryer. The building also has a drying room and a bicycle room.
