Die Wohnung bietet ein grosses Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine geräumige Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler und ein helles, grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Die Kleiderschränke im Schlafzimmer, Spiegelschrank und die Kommode im Bad sowie das USM Möbel im Flur stehen dir für die Dauer der Untermiete zur vollen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hält Raum für weitere Dinge, die du vielleicht mitbringen möchtest. Das Fahrrad, das auf dem Schlafzimmerbild zu sehen ist, wird für die Dauer der Untermiete weggeräumt. Bei Bedarf kannst du das zur Wohnung gehörende Kellerabteile ebenfalls nutzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten, vierten (4.) Stock und ist über das Treppenhaus oder den Lift erreichbar. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Tumbler zur freien Benutzung. Man muss sich lediglich im Waschplan eintragen. Im Dachgeschoss sowie auch im Keller befinden sich 4 grosse Trocknungsräume mit Wäscheleinen zum Wäsche aufhängen. Fahrräder können im Velokeller verstaut werden.

Coop, Lidl, eine Apotheke und zwei Bäckereien sind innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine Bahn- und eine Busstation. Zu Fuss sind es ca. 25 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Enge.

Gesucht wird eine/n Untermieter:in, die meiner Wohnung für 6 Monate Sorge trägt, sauber und ordentlich ist und einen ruhigen Lebensstil pflegt.

As I will be abroad, my lovely 2.5-room flat (furnished) in Wiedikon is available from the start of October until the end of March.

Monthly rent: CHF 2,180 (incl. cleaning service and utilities)

The flat features a large bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, a spacious kitchen including a dishwasher, and a bright, large living room with a balcony. The wardrobes in the bedroom, the mirror cabinet and chest of drawers in the bathroom, and the USM furniture in the hallway are all available for your full use for the duration of the sublet. The kitchen is fully furnished and has storage for any additional things you might want to bring. The bicycle shown in the bedroom photo will be put away for the duration of the sublet. If required, you can also use the storage room in the basement that belong to the flat.

The flat is on the top, fourth (4th) floor and can be reached via the staircase or the lift. In the basement, there is a laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer for free use. You simply need to put your name in the laundry list. There are four large drying rooms in the attic and basement, each with clotheslines for hanging out washing. Bicycles can be stored in the bike cellar.

Coop, Lidl, a pharmacy and two bakeries are all within a 25-minute walk. There is also a train station and a bus stop nearby. It's about a 25-minute walk to the main station and about a 15-minute walk to Enge station.

I'm looking for a subtenant who will look after my flat for 6 months, is clean and tidy, and leads a quiet lifestyle.
