Hinweis für Allergiker: In der Wohnung hat eine Katze gelebt. Bei einer starken Allergie ist von einer Bewerbung daher eher abzusehen.
Die Lage in Wiedikon ist ideal: Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt befinden sich direkt nebenan. Mit den Tramlinien 9 und 14 vor der Tür sind sowohl der Hauptbahnhof Zürich als auch der See in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

This bright, beautifully decorated apartment on the 4th floor is available for sublease from September 4th, 2026 until at least the end of May 2027. An extension is possible thereafter upon agreement.
Thanks to windows on two sides, the apartment gets excellent natural light and offers a lovely view over Goldbrunnenplatz and the surrounding greenery. The space comes furnished. As the living room furniture (sofa and lounge chair) will be replaced and some items will be removed, the final setup will differ slightly from the current look.
Allergy notice: A cat used to live here. In case of a severe allergy, applying is not recommended.
The location in Wiedikon is highly convenient: a bakery and a supermarket are right next door. Tram lines 9 and 14 stop nearby, connecting to both Zurich HB and the lake in 15 minutes.
