1500 CHF pro Monat, möbliertes Zimmer mit Bad inkl. zweiwöchentlicher, professioneller Reinigung
Du wohnst in einer modernen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung (114m2), die alle Wünsche abdeckt:

• Du hast dein eigenes En-suite Badezimmer mit Dusche
• Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung
• Offene Küche mit Ausblick ins Grüne (und eine kleine Ecke See)
• Die Kücheneinrichtung hat alles, was du zum Kochen eines Gourmet-Menüs brauchst, inkl. einem Grill und Lounge auf dem Balkon, sowohl als eine gut ausgestattete Bar.
• Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet, inkl. Beamer, Apple TV, HBO Max und Leseecke
• Dein Zimmer verfügt über ein bequemes 140cm Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderstange
• Schnelles Glasfaser-Internet und externes Display verfügbar
• Sehr ruhige aber zentrale Lage mit direkter ÖV Verbindung zum HB, Oerlikon, Flughafen, Hardbrücke und Wiedikon / Langstrasse.
• Blaue Zone entlang der Strasse und Besucherparkplätze sind verfügbar

Über uns
Wir sind ein busy aber dennoch gelassenes Paar, das unkompliziert ist und Ruhe schätzt. Unsere Tage sind mit Arbeit und Sozialem gefüllt, aber wenn wir nach Hause kommen, genießen wir die ruhige Atmosphäre. Unser Hund Odie ist freundlicher kleiner Whippet (14kg, meist schüchtern und sehr ruhig) und steht für Frisbeespielen und Spaziergänge zur Verfügung, falls Interesse besteht.

You'll live in a modern 4.5 room apartment (114m2) that covers all your needs:

• Open kitchen with a view of the forest (and a small corner of the lake)
• The kitchen facilities have everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including a BBQ and lounge on the balcony, as well as a fully stacked bar.
• The living area is comfortably furnished, including a projector, Apple TV and reading corner
• You have your own en-suite bathroom with shower
• Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• Your room has a comfortable 140cm bed, desk with chair, clothes rack.
• High-speed optic fiber internet and external display available
• For parking, there is a Blue Zone alone the street as well as visitor parking
• Very quiet but central location with direct public transport connections to the main station, Oerlikon, the airport, Hardbrücke and Wiedikon / Langstrasse.

About Us
We are a busy but relaxed couple who are easygoing and value peace and quiet. Our days are filled with work and social activities, but when we come home we enjoy the calm atmosphere. Our dog Odie is a friendly little Whippet (14kg and mostly shy and quiet) and available for frisbee tosses and walks in the nearby forest if interested.
