I'm renting out a furnished room in my 3 1/2-room apartment. The room is spacious (about 23m^2), well-lit, and provides a nice lake view. The apartment is located about 5 minutes walking distance away from the train station in Thalwil and about 3 minutes from the lake. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace that provides a beautiful view over Lake Zurich.
Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with me. Washing machine and tumbler (both located in the basement) are shared with the entire building. The cost includes all amenities including wifi.
The room would be ideal for somebody who wants to use it as a second home during the week while working in Zurich.

Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner 3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untervermietung. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort zu vermieten. Der Raum ist gross (etwa 23m^2), gut beleuchtet und bietet einen Seeblick. Das Apartment liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof in Thalwil entfernt und 3 Gehminuten vom See. Zudem gibt es eine Dachterasse von der aus man einen schönen Blick auf den gesamten Zürchi See hat.
Küche, Ess- und Badezimmer werden mit mir geteilt. Waschmaschine und Trockner (beide im Keller) werden mit dem gesamten Haus geteilt.
Der Raum wäre ideal für einen Wochenaufenthalter, welcher während der Woche im Raum Zürich arbeitet und dies als Zweitwohnsitz ansieht.
Die Kosten beinhalten die Nebenkosten inklusive Wifi.
