Wir vermieten ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 18 m²) in einer schönen Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer ist vom 26. August bis zum 24. September verfügbar. Die Termine sind um wenige Tage flexibel.

Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit zusätzlichem Bildschirm sowie einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, der teilweise für dich freigeräumt wird.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gepflegt, mit Parkettböden, hohen Decken und einem schönen Balkon. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken sowie ein Gäste-WC. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Lift sowie einen Zugang zum Treppenhaus im 2. Obergeschoss.
Du wohnst mit insgesamt drei weiteren Mitbewohnern zusammen: eine Person ist fest vor Ort, zwei weitere sind nur zeitweise anwesend. Besuch ist herzlich willkommen. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen Reinigungsplan.

Lage: Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Tramstationen vom Bahnhof Stadelhofen entfernt. Eine Migros, Restaurants, Cafés und der Zürichsee sind fußläufig erreichbar.

We are subletting a bright, furnished room (approx. 18 m²) in a beautiful old-build apartment. The room is available from 26 August to 24 September. Dates are flexible by a few days either way.

The room comes with a bed, a desk with an additional monitor, and a large wardrobe that will be partially cleared out for you.

The apartment is spacious and well-kept, with parquet floors, high ceilings, and a lovely balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks, and a separate guest WC. The building has a lift as well as staircase access on the 2nd floor.
You would be sharing with three other flatmates: one who lives here full-time, and two who are only here part of the time. Visitors are welcome. We have a shared cleaning schedule.

Location: The apartment is just 2 tram stops from Stadelhofen station. A Migros supermarket, restaurants, cafés, and Lake Zurich are all within easy walking distance.
