– Zwei grosse Zimmer, schöner Grundriss, Fischgrätparkett

– Bad und Küche renoviert, Küche voll ausgestattet

– Vom Balkon aus herrliche Aussicht (kein Haus davor) auf Stadt, Glarner Alpen, Uetliberg und Limmattal, besonders schön bei Sonnenuntergang und Eindunkeln

– Limmat mit guter Einstiegstelle über eine Treppe in 3 Minuten erreichbar

– Balkon mit frischen Tomaten, Salat, Kräutern, Blumen, etc. – Sehr nette Nachbarschaft

3 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Tramstation 11 Minuten mit dem Tram zum Hauptbahnhof

Waschküche ohne Waschplan, funktioniert gut.

Hinweis: Es wohnt jetzt auch eine Katze hier, die während meiner Abwesenheit bei der Nachbarin ist. Für starke Katzenallergiker:innen evt. nicht ideal. Falls jemand Katzen gerne mag, liesse es sich auch einrichten, dass die Katze ab und zu hier ist (z.B. tagsüber, ist bei Homeoffice sehr angenehme Präsenz ;-).

I am letting my lovely two-bedroom flat for 5 - 6 weeks:

– Two large rooms, attractive layout, herringbone parquet flooring

– Renovated bathroom and kitchen; fully equipped kitchen

– Stunning views from the balcony (no buildings in front) of the city, the Glarus Alps, Uetliberg and the Limmat Valley; particularly beautiful at sunset and as dusk falls

– The Limmat is just a 3-minute walk away, with easy access via a flight of steps

– Balcony with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, flowers, etc. – Very friendly neighbourhood

3 minutes’ walk to the tram stop 11 minutes by tram to the main station

Laundry room with no fixed washing schedule; works well.

Note: There is now a cat living here, which stays with the neighbour whilst I am away. This may not be ideal for those with severe cat allergies. If someone likes cats, it could be arranged for the cat to be here from time to time (e.g. during the day – a very pleasant presence when working from home ;-).
