ich gründe aktuell eine neue WG in Stein Aargau, Brotkorbstrasse und suche dafür entspannte, zuverlässige Mitbewohner. Zur Wohnung:
* [5]-Zimmer-Wohnung
* [91] m²
* [Balkon / moderne Küche / Waschmaschine etc.]
* Gute ÖV-Anbindung nach Basel und Zürich jeweils unter 50 Minuten!
* Einzug ab [01.05.2026-15.05.2026] Zu den Zimmern:
* Ca. [2x10m2-2x15m2
* unmöbliert
* Miete: CHF ~500-650 inkl. Nebenkosten
* CHF ~750-850 bei Möblierung.
Zu mir:Ich bin m 32, arbeite als IT Ingenieur und wünsche mir eine unkomplizierte WG mit guter Stimmung. Kein Zweck-WG-Zwang gemeinsames Kochen, Quatschen oder mal etwas unternehmen wäre cool, aber natürlich alles entspannt. Ich spiele in meiner Freizeit leidenschaftlich gerne Gitarre oder auch andere Instrumente.
Wen ich suche:Saubere, respektvolle und unkomplizierte Leute. Ob berufstätig oder Student ist nebensächlich wichtig ist, dass es menschlich passt.Bei Interesse gerne mit ein paar Infos zu dir melde.

About the apartment:
- 5-room apartment
- 91 m²
- Balcony / modern kitchen / washing machine etc.
- Great public transport connections to Basel and Zurich both reachable in under 50 minutes
- Move-in possible between 01.05.2026 15.05.2026
About the rooms:
- Approx. 2x ~10 m² and 2x ~15 m²
- Unfurnished
- Rent: approx. CHF 550650 including utilities
- CHF ~750-850 if furnished.
About me:
Im a 32-year-old male working as an IT engineer. Im looking for a relaxed WG with a good atmosphere. Not just a functional shared flat it would be nice to occasionally cook together, chat, or do something together, but always in a laid-back way. In my free time Im passionate about playing guitar and other instruments.
Who Im looking for:
Clean, respectful, and uncomplicated people. Whether youre working or studying doesnt really matter the most important thing is that we get along well.
