Wir vermieten unser helles Reihenhaus mit 5 ½ Zimmern, Umschwung sowie Berg- und etwas Seeblick in Uster. Das Haus steht zur Untermiete von ca. Januar – April 2027 zur Verfügung. Das Start- und Enddatum der Untervermietung sind verhandelbar.

Das Haus verfügt über 130 m2 Wohnfläche. Es hat ein grosses Elternzimmer, zwei kleinere Kinderzimmer sowie ein weiteres grosses Dachzimmer mit Balkon. Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet und mit einem Geschirrspüler sowie Backofen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer im 1OG verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine begehbare Dusche. Auf jedem der drei Stockwerke hat es eine Toilette, im UG steht eine eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Zudem hat es ein Kellerabteil. Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Umschwung mit Terrasse und Garten, sowie Aussenstellplatz. Im Weiteren gibt es eine Veloraum. Das Haus ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und entsprechend hell. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig mit viel Grün.

In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es einen Laden. Die nächste Busstation wird alle 15min. bedient. Von Uster fahren alle 5-10 Minuten Züge nach Zürich. Mit dem Direktzug ist man von Uster in 15min beim Zürcher Hauptbahnhof.

Quiet, Furnished Corner Terraced House in Uster (Nossikon)

We are subletting our bright 5.5-room terraced house with garden/yard, as well as mountain and partial lake views in Uster. The house is available for subletting from approximately January – April 2027. The start and end dates of the sublet are negotiable.

The house offers 130 sqm of living space. It features a large master bedroom, two smaller children's rooms, and another large attic room with a terrace. The kitchen is practically laid out and equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom on the 1st floor features a bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is a toilet on each of the three floors, and the basement has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Additionally, there is a basement storage unit. The property includes a lovely garden with a terrace, an outdoor parking space, and access to the bicycle garage. The house is south-facing and therefore beautifully bright. The surroundings are very quiet with plenty of greenery.

There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The next bus stop is served every 15 minutes. From Uster, trains to Zurich depart every 5-10 minutes. The direct train takes you from Uster to Zurich Main Station in 15 minutes.
