Furnished room available in a shared apartment at Via Zurigo 3, 6900 Lugano. You will share the apartment, kitchen and bathroom with one female flatmate.
Convenient university location: approximately 230 metres from the USI main campus (3-4 minutes on foot) and approximately 550 metres from the USI-SUPSI Campus Est in Viganello (7-8 minutes on foot). The apartment has a balcony with views towards the city and mountains.
Monthly rent: CHF 654.
Total furniture price: CHF 1,300, negotiable.
Purchase of the furniture is mandatory as part of the room takeover. The room was unfurnished when I moved in, and I purchased the furnishings myself.
The room will be available five days after the furniture payment has been credited to my account.
All documentation is already prepared. Only the contract signature remains; the contract will be provided immediately to the incoming tenant for signing.

L'acquisto dell'arredamento è obbligatorio per il subentro nella camera. Al mio arrivo la camera era vuota e ho acquistato personalmente l'arredamento.
La camera sarà disponibile cinque giorni dopo l'accredito sul mio conto del pagamento per l'arredamento.
Tutta la documentazione è già pronta. Resta soltanto da firmare il contratto, che verrà fornito immediatamente alla persona subentrante per la firma.
