• Wohn-/Esszimmer und voll ausgestattete Küche
• kleiner Balkon ab Küche zum Innenhof
• sehr schnelles WLAN (10-Gbit-Glasfaser), TV, Bettwäsche und Handtücher
• Waschküche im Untergeschoss (2 Waschmaschinen, 3 Tumbler) ohne Waschplan, im Preis inbegriffen (nur Waschmittel selbst mitbringen)

We're subletting our furnished flat in Kleinbasel old town (4058, 1st floor with lift) from late October to late January. 100 m from the Rhine, close to the Rheingasse and Claraplatz stops, Marktplatz across the Mittlere Brücke in five minutes on foot.
To yourselves:

• Bedroom with 160×200 box-spring bed, desk and its own bathroom
• Living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen
• Small balcony off the kitchen facing the courtyard
• Very fast WiFi (10 Gbit fibre), TV, bed linen and towels
• Laundry room in the basement (2 washing machines, 3 dryers), no rota, included in the rent (just bring your own detergent)

Rent: CHF 1,400 per month, everything included (heating, electricity, WiFi, laundry). Partial months pro rata. Deposit CHF 1,400. Max. 2 persons, non-smoking, no pets.
Flexible before and after: You can move in a little earlier and stay until mid/late February. During that time you share the flat with us (family with a 3-year-old) you keep your room with private bathroom, we share kitchen and living room. Same rate, pro rata.
