Hi there

We are Jonas 25 and Max 22 and we are looking for a new flatmate to complete our trio since our building is scheduled for demolition the contract runs until June 30st. Move in date is 15.10.2026.

The room comes with a mattress some storage and some space for clothes. The furniture in the picture is not part of the room.

You can reach the center within 10min on the bike, the lake is super close, Aldi/Coop/Denner/Migros are all max. 10' walk and if you want to go for a run, there is a Allmende close by.

Who we are

Jonas: Male German open minded Architecture student from Brunswick, I speak German, English and Spanish, working and playing basketball during the week, also enjoying a game of chess or deeptalks in the evening maybe with a beer

Max: Male German Waiter I speak German and English I am usually working a lot during the week and in my free time I like to do some sports such as tennis climbing and going to the gym

The Vibe

We appreciate a balance of independence and socializing we love a bit of chitchat in the kitchen or a deep discussion but we also like it quiet and clean at home.
