D Idee isch, us dem Ort langsam es richtig schöns Dihei z mache: fancy und cooli Möbel, Pflanze, Entertainment-Züg und alles, was e Wohnig zu somene Ort macht, wo mer au würkli gern Ziit verbringt.

S Ziil? Lüt ume ha für es Game vom Sofa us, Filmabig mit em Beamer, Plattehör-Sessions oder e Grillade uf em Balkon bim Sunneundergang, mit emne Aperitivo i de Hand, frisch gmischt a de zuekünftige Cocktail-Station.

Und das isch sicher keis fertigs Projekt, wo mir zwei scho durre designt händ. Mir fanged mit dere WG bi null a, und wer iizieht, gstaltet mit mit eigene Ideä, Gschmack, schräge Hobbys, Möbelvorschläg, Ritual oder was au immer drzue biitreit, dass sich das Ganze wie eus Dihei aafühlt und nöd nur wie e Wohnig, wo mer zuefällig teilt.

De Klem isch s logische Herz vo de WG. Er dänkt a d Rächnige, wo du vergässe häsch, merkt, wänn wieder öppis igchauft werde muess, und träumt vom Tag, wo mir ändlich es NAS händ mit ere unvernünftige Mängi Film druf.

Am Morge triffsch en vilicht mit emne Chüelpack um de Chopf, nach einere vo sine gleglichä Chopfweh-Attacke aber immer mit emne grosse, warme Lächle und parat z lose, was bi dir so lauft. Wänn er chochet, bechunsch normalerwiis au öppis ab... egal öbs guet oder schlächt usechunnt.

Er redt Dütsch und Englisch und cha angeblich au schriibe. Er isch en junge Professional i de riesige Wält vo de Finanz und hät sini Seel bis jetzt no nöd ganz verlore.

De Richi isch en italienische Iiwanderer, wo mir finded, är sött in Züri bliibe dörfe. Er isch en aktive Typ, wo fantastisch schmöckt, weiss, wie Nährstoff funktioniered, regelmässig trainiert, mega guet chochet und generell die energiegeladni Kugle isch, wo dir de Tag mit Freud fülle wott.

Achtung: Er hät sin Lieblingsplatz uf em Sofa scho reserviert det, wo aagäblich de Stereo-Fokuspunkt vom Soundsystem isch. Und wänn du je wotsch verstah, wie d Wält funktioniert, häsch es wandelnds Lexikon näbe dir, wo dir alles erklärt egal öb er d Antwort würkli weiss oder nöd. De Riccardo lernt grad no dütsch, also wärs toll wenn du uf english, spanisch oder italienisch kommuniziere chasch.

Spass bisiite

Mir gsehnd WG-Läbe würkli als gueti Glägeheit zum Wachse, für schöni Erläbnis und au chli als Startrampe fürs Läbe in Züri.

Mir wänd e WG, wo d Lüt würkli gern zäme wohned, zäme abhänged, Kollege iiladed, chochet, öppis zäme luegid oder eifach spontan nach de Arbet es Bier oder en Aperitivo nämed. Gliichziitig hät natürli jede sis eigene Läbe und sin eigene Platz.

Mir füehred es rächt ordentlichs Schiff Suuberkeit, Verantwortig und Ornig sind eus würkli wichtig. Mir findet, das isch de Kern vo emne gmeinsame Dihei, wo sich alli richtig chönd entspanne und s gnüsse.

Mir händ kei Checkliste, wer du muesch sii. Alter, Bruef oder öb dis Läbe öppe gliich usgseht wie eis isch eus ziemlich egal. Viel wichtiger isch, dass d Vibe stimmt, dass du Rücksicht uf d Lüt nimmsch, mit dene du wohnsch, und dass du würkli wotsch mithälfe, die WG au zu dim Dihei z mache.

Wänn sich das nach dim Ort aahört, schick eus e churzi Beschriibig vo dir... wer du bisch, es paar Fotene vo dir, was du in Züri machsch, was du gern machsch und was für es WG-Läbe du suechsch. Kei formelli Bewerbig und kei ganzi Autobiografie nötig mir wänd eifach es Gfühl für de Mänsch hinder de Nachricht übercho :)

Me (Riccardo, M27) and my dear friend Klemen (M28) have just rented a big, modern, kickass new flat close to Bucheggplatz, and we're looking for two new flatmates to start our WG with us.

Quickly, the important stuff:

* 2 bathrooms... one with a bathtub, one with a shower
* Kickass beamer + Hi-Fi sound system for movies and music

The WG vision

The idea is to slowly turn this place into a properly great home: fancy and cool furniture, plants, entertainment stuff and all the necessary things that make a flat somewhere you actually want to spend time.

The end goal? Having people around for a game from the sofa, movie nights with the beamer, record-listening sessions, or a barbecue on the balcony at sunset with an aperitivo in hand, freshly made at the future cocktail station.

You get the idea.

And this is very much not a finished project designed by the two of us. We're starting this WG from scratch, and whoever moves in will be part of creating it, bringing their own ideas, taste, weird hobbies, furniture suggestions, rituals or whatever else makes the place feel like our home rather than just a flat we happen to share.

About your new flatmates

Klem is the logical heart of the WG. He remembers the bills you forgot, notices the provisions that need to be bought, and dreams of the day we finally have a NAS storing an unreasonable amount of movies.

You might find him in the morning with an ice pack wrapped around his head after one of his occasional headaches, but also with a big warm smile, ready to hear what's up. If he cooks, you normally get some... whether the outcome is good or bad.

He speaks German and English and, supposedly, can also write. He's a young professional working in the huge world of finance and, so far, hasn't completely lost his soul.

Richi is an Italian immigrant we believe should be allowed to remain in Zurich. He's an active dude who smells fantastic, knows how nutrients work, trains regularly, cooks fantastically, and is generally the energetic bullet trying to fill your day with joy.

Be warned: he has already claimed his favourite spot on the couch, where apparently the sound system stereo focal point is.
Reminds me of Sheldon, honestly.And if you ever want to understand how the world works, you'll have a walking lexicon next to you, ready to explain absolutely everything, whether he actually knows the answer or not.

Jokes aside

We genuinely see shared living as a great opportunity for growth, good experiences, and as a bit of a launchpad for life in Zurich.

We want a WG where people actually enjoy living together, hanging out, having friends over, cooking, watching something together, or just spontaneously having a beer or an aperitivo after work. At the same time, everyone obviously has their own life and space.

We like to run a reasonably tight ship, so cleanliness, accountability and order DO matter to us. We think they're the nucleus of a shared home where everyone can properly relax and enjoy themselves.

We don't have a checklist for who you need to be. We don't particularly care about your age, profession or whether your life looks anything like ours. What matters much more is that the vibe fits, you're considerate about the people you live with, and you actually want to contribute to making this WG your home too.
