Hey !
I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my 1-room apartment (23m2) in Ottikerstrasse from 01.11.2026. There will be a possibility to move-in 1 or 2 weeks earlier potentially.

Key Features :

• The location is very central, 15 minutes walk from Zurich HB train station. Lots of shops are close-by, including Migros Rigiplatz at 5 minutes walk.
• The neighborhood is very calm and quiet.
• Washing machines and a dryers are available in the building and shared with the whole building.

The big shelf in the main room is part of the flat and will remain, otherwise the apartment comes unfurnished. I might be giving some of the furnitures for free but this is still to be confirmed.
