Hi, we are two masters students renting out a room on the ground floor in the middle of Baden old-town. The flat is managed by JUWO, so you need to fit the requirements/have an account there.
Internet access is included in the rents price.
As we are both close to finishing our degrees, we will be moving out coming January and March/April 2027. This means you can either stay until April or take over as main tenant and build your own WG!
It takes only 7 min by foot to Baden Bhf. and a 15 min train ride to reach Zurich HB.
We are generally open to anyone, but would appreciate someone who is responsible and respectful.
