Hey everyone, i will soon be finishing my military service here and I plan afterwards to move out of Switzerland. Thus my Studio is now available for another person to have.

It's located a few minutes walk to Main station St. Gallen but the area is fairly quiet and relaxed (Rosenberg) Which makes it really convinient for students (or anyone else really). How ever you must commit for at least one year on the contract.

The depot is 2,025 CHF

It's fairly spacous, has some furniture and enough place for more furniture if needed

There is a washing machine and a dryer in the building.

I also have a relatively brand new mobile air conditioner and i will prefer it being taken over (the studio is Dachgeschoss, you will thank me in the summer.)

To be transparent I must point out that the studio is located a bit high on the Rosenberg, and on the fourth floor (without lift). It was how no problem for me tho.
