Von Dezember bis Februar vermieten wir unsere moderne, komplett möblierte Wohnung für 3 Monate (Überbauung von den Basler Stararchitekten Herzog & de Meuron).
. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, super stilvoll und bietet alles, was man für ein komfortables Zuhause auf Zeit braucht.

Das Highlight: gleich zwei riesige Dachterrassen perfekt für entspannte Abende, gemütliche Wintertage oder einfach ein bisschen extra Outdoor-Space mitten in der Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Wir lieben unsere Wohnung wirklich sehr und haben uns mit der Einrichtung unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben. Auf Wunsch stellen wir auch Textilien wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher usw. zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist optimal für den Übergang oder um das Leben in Zürich kennenzulernen.

Im Badezimmer befindet sich ausserdem der obligatorische Waschturm (Waschmaschine und Trockner). Ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung ist ausserdem, dass man mit dem Lift direkt in die Wohnung kommt. Zudem gibt es eine Aussentreppe.

Die Wohnung liegt in Zürich Altstetten, einem lebendigen und vielseitigen Stadtteil mit zahlreichen Cafes, Restaurants (eine Pizzeria gibt es direkt in der Überbauung), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allem, was man im Alltag braucht. Dank der hervorragenden ÖV-Anbindung ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Zürcher Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof oder auch ausserhalb der Stadt. Auch das Parken des eigenen Autos ist in der Regel kein Problem. Entweder findet man einen öffentlichen Parkplatz oder man mietet im Haus gegenüber einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. The apartment is fully furnished, with a modern yet warm and inviting interior. We truly love our home and have put a lot of thought and care into creating a beautiful and comfortable space. Upon request, we can also provide household textiles such as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and more.
The apartment is ideal as a temporary home between two moves, for a work assignment, or for anyone looking to experience life in Zurich for a few months.
The bathroom features a private washer and dryer. Another special feature is the direct elevator access into the apartment, as well as an additional outdoor staircase.
The apartment is located in Zurich Altstetten, a lively and diverse neighborhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need for everyday life. There is even a pizzeria located directly within the residential complex.
Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach Zurich city center, Zurich Main Station, and destinations outside the city in no time.
