Das Zimmer ist 14,8 m² gross und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Die gesamte Wohnung umfasst 90 m² und bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Der Bahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür ideal für unkompliziertes Pendeln.
Die Miete beträgt 730 CHF pro Monat, inklusive Internet und Nebenkosten.
Strom wird alle drei Monate separat abgerechnet und liegt bei etwa 40 CHF pro Person.
Eine Kaution von 700 CHF ist vor dem Einzug zu bezahlen.

The monthly rent is 730 CHF, including internet and utilities.
Electricity is billed every three months and is around 40 CHF per person.
