Je remets ma chambre à la Rue du Scex, disponible dès la mi-juillet ou à convenir!

La chambre est spacieuse, avec une grande armoire murale, et une porte-fenêtre qui donne sur un immense balcon qui connecte toutes les pièces de l'appartement. La cuisine est complètement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et l'appartement comprend deux salles de bain. Une buanderie en commun ainsi qu'une cave complètent le logement. La Coop City est à 4 minutes à pieds, la gare et la HES sont elles à 15 minutes en marchant tranquillement.

Tu seras avec deux jeunes ingénieurs travaillant à la HES-SO, dans une ambiance conviviale, idéale pour une étudiante ou jeune actifve!

Le loyer avec les charges (chauffage et eau) est de CHF 579 par mois, l'électricité et internet/TV (Salt) sont à part.

I am leaving my room in a nice shared flat in Sion, so I am looking for someone to take over !
The room is spacious, with a built-in closet and a direct access to a huge balcony which connects all the rooms of the flat. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a big living room, and two bathrooms. You will also have access to a cellar and a laundry room shared with the other tenants in the building. A big supermarket is only 400 yards away and the station is only 15 minutes away by foot.
Your new flatmates both work at the University of Applied Sciences and are fluent in English, and always happy to join you for a beer or have a chat !
The flat will be available starting 15 July 2026, I am flexible!
The rent, including heating and water, is at CHF 579 a month, to that you will need to add the electricity and the high-speed internet.
